Everything was great. I really like their service department. The employees are easy to work with. They did send me a pdf of my “bill” for $300 which gave me a scare as they said at the beginning everything they were doing would be covered under my extended warranty. I quickly called and spoke with my service rep. He rectified the issue right away stating it was a billing mistake. So overall I really like working with Modesto Toyota!

We have been keeping up the mainentance visits for our Toyotas at Modesto Toyota for over thirty years and all service has been impeccable. However, the most recent routine visit even exceeded our expectations. Because there were a number of chores I needed to accomplish while my 2017 Tacoma was getting "routine health care" ( and we live over an hour away) the dealer provided transportation to help me take care of my other business. We will continue to buy Toyotas for the foreseeable future and to happily service them at Modesto Toyota.

Had regular service; first in line when they opened. Car done about 9:15-ish. Everything checked out okay (except the dirty engine air filter). Service Rep didn’t mention it, and I didn’t notice it annotated on the 3rd page of the paperwork until I got home. Purchased a replacement at local auto parts store and replaced it… otherwise, a good service visit.

I was greeted right away when I pulled up in my car by a nice gentleman. He looked over my car and then directed me to the office.
